Question #15718021

Cannot afford repeat prescription for anti depressants, why does the NHS not care about people with mental health issues?

and allow them to get medication for free like they do with some physical conditions? I’m 20, have suicidal thoughts every single day, don’t have a job because no one is hiring me, can’t keep asking parents for money, don’t come under certain requirements for free prescriptions, what the f*ck is wrong with England? They just let people kill themselves, severe depression is not cured by exercise or eating right either, suicidal thoughts are never cured, I can’t afford to travel for therapy, no decent online therapy for free either, Samaritans are sh*t too. You have to wait weeks to even see a therapist too. Most people including me cannot afford to go private
