What should I eat after cardio?
I eat a banana and yogurt with a tablespoon of raw oatmeal for breakfast, then do my mid-morning cardio workout for 45 mins. I want to know what I should be eating after cardio for maximum fat loss? I usually have a salad consisting of a romaine head, two tbsp. lowfat feta, 2oz. turkey breast and 2 tbsp. vinaigrette. Is this okay? Or is it better to have a small protein shake? I am 16year old female 135 pounds if that makes any difference.
