VINYL SIDING CONTRACTOR HELP? ASKING IN A DIFFERENT FORM?

I had a quick question. I got a price for .042 thick vinyl siding. I am curious how much do materials cost on estimate if I wanted to upgrade the materials to a thickness of .044 or .046? They are using Certainteed main street right now, but I am curious how much will the material price go up if I were to upgrade to a thicker brand?
