Light Brown discharge? Really freaked out?

I'm 17 years old and had my period for 3 year now. For the past three months, I've been spotting one-two weeks before my period. This time, it's light brown, almost pink and it's been going on for 1-2 days. I'm a virgin so it can't be pregnancy. Am I peri menopausal? I'm really worried something's wrong with me. Any guesses as to what this is? Thanks to anyone who answers.
