Should I go to the hospital ?

Im 13 and right now I feel terrible . For 2 days I had been sneezing like crazy with a runny nose but not today , instead I have had a terrible cough all day , its making my head hurt really bad same with my throat and a little bit of my middle chest area near my lungs hurt . I have ate enough today but I feel light headed when I stand up . I think I just had an anxiety attack because I got in a serious fight with my friend and we aren't friends anymore and never will be again . I am supposed to be getting blood tests an abdominal ultrasound , and a CT scan soon . They are testing for various things like hypoglycemia and a brain tumor and other things . Should I go ? If I went what would they do ? Please help .
