I'm looking at booking a hotel for an upcoming trip. How are these areas of LA?

141 N Alvarado St., Los Angeles, CA my first choice of hotel is here. Is this a dangerous area? 4200 W Century Blvd, Inglewood When I hear about dangerous areas in LA, I usually hear about Compton, but I want to say I've heard Inglewood kind of is too. 12835 Encinitas Ave, Sylmar Help is definitely appreciated!
