not wearing my scoliosis brace, what will happen?

I am 14 and I have been wearing my brace for a year and a half now. I started with 30 degree scoliosis and I am due to go back to my doctor in a couple of weeks. I am scared of what he will say because I haven't worn my brace for about 3 months now. It is uncomftorble and I look stupid in my uniform at school. Some advice?:L
