Can depression make you feel sick?

I was diagnosed with depression about 6 months ago, and it's been getting worse. For the past week or so, I've had a nonstop headache, chills, and a stomach ache. Every time I eat I feel like vomiting. Is this because of depression? I don't have a fever.
