For the Sims 3, whats the relationship mod for family relationships with eachother?

Ok so I want to make a family after the Dollanganger Family. And I want the brother and sister to "get together" :3 And that's not possible normally, you need a MOD/Cheat fir that. I was just wondering if anyone knew one that works.
