Comcast internet speed?

Im going to start hosting my own servers off my super computer i built. I need lots of upload speed and would like around 50 - 100mb if i were to have this how much would you guesstimate it would be. I am willing to spend 1500 dollars a year maximum. And no i do not want to go and pay some one else to host my stuff for me.
