Red, Itchy Ear! Allergic Reaction? PLEASE HELP!!?

So, just about twenty minutes ago I had two hot dogs for the first time in years and they were pretty good....then my right ear started itching and now it's red and I'm terrified!! Is this an allergic react? It doesn't look like it's swelling, but it feels weird...like, very soft. What do I do!? PLEASE HELP!!
