Mid Twenty,Is Information Technology (IT) Right Career Choice?

HI everyone I'm a male in my late twenties and currently unemployed! I want to go to school for Information Technology, but I don't have any experience in IT and I have very little understand of the program! But I'm willing to work hard and give it my best shot! Would u guys recommend this program and if so what schools in Toronto would u recommend?
