How to burn that last little stomach fat?
Im a 20 year old male looking to get fit. I have been running for a little while now and I still have this pesky annoying small amount of belly fat that is just sticking around. What should I do to get rid of this and that little pooch of fat right at the belt line? Do i still try to run to burn it off or should I try to do ab exercises to turn it to muscle? Im definitely a beginner so any help is appreciated also I'm trying to only eat like some salads or lean meat. I eventually would like a six pack or at least have my stomach show muscle and not fat on the outside. Any help is appreciated! thank you!!
