Freezing on phone? help?

I have Subway Surfers and Temple Run 2 on my phone and its freezing when I play. I have a LG Optimus Elite phone and I have a lot of apps. On my phone. I want to know what causing my freezing probelm on my phone. Plz help. Thanks.
