Need a bible verse for my situation...?

So my dad just recently cheated on my mom of course she forgave him and took him back. Well my sisters r mad at me because i cant just forgive him and go on i am hurt more than anyone. Well they keep posting faceook statuses of bible verses about forgiveness can anyone help me find a bible verse about being hurt and needing time to heal????
