Someone help me please, I need help?

There is this guy called blake, he is 21, I am 17. He only goes for girls that are 18 and over because he a youth worker, and works in a youth centre. I talk to him often, and he is always there when i need support. We recently went on a snowboarding trip in Italy, and it would end up being me and him talking to 3am. We always hug each other, and have flirtatious banter. on the way back we sat next to each other, and he fell asleep on me and was laying on my lap and grab my arms so i was cuddling him. I really like him, and don't know what to do. Someone help please
