How Should I Prepare for my Birthday?

Hi, so pretty soon, I'll be celebrating my birthday. I'll be leaving the house at four to go to dinner and am totally unprepared. I really need your help with a detailed scedule to help me keep time and get to dinner confident and prepared. This includes, outfit, makeup, shower, hair etc and i will also need to pack a bag for a night away. I'll need packing list and a detailed scedule. Thank you so much. x Btw, I wake up at around six in the morning and need to leave at four. Thanks.
