Can someone give me a Pikachu on Pokemon Soulsilver please?

Hi, I was wondering whether anyone could give me a Pikachu on pokemon soulsilver please! xD I want pikachu to follow me around at the start of my adventure, not at the end! If someone could go out of their way to do this that would be amazing! :) I dunno how to see my friend code though? Or add friend codes? But yeah...
