whats wrong with me help?

today at school it was pretty sunny and i was forced to play basketball after i got puffed out i felt my heart beating than after 15 seconds my eyes went blurry the floor was spinning i was also losing hearing in my ear i coudnt hear much my heart started to beat a little faster after i layed down for 15 minutes it was much better i cant remember all of it what is this?
