How do I get the Xbox 360 250gb for $99, along with buying a 2 year subscription to Xbox live?

I went to GameStop and the told me about this deal today, and I cannot for the life of me figure out where to go to buy this deal. I am buying this deal for my for my friend. I have a live account already. Please help? I know I pay more in the long run but I do not care, please tell me how to get it.
