Question #7500200

What is the difference between Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Social Democracy?

I mean they are technically the same, aren't they? In Socialist China, there is private property, but it is regulated by the state and the taxes are high, and for example in the Scandinavian countries it is basically the same.. So what is the deal with Chinese "socialism"?
