I took a depression test and it said I am depressed what do I do?

I'm normally a happy person around my friends and family because I know that it would trouble them if they knew I was unhappy and depressed! I really want to talk to someone just not really my friends or family because they would be upset! I don't really like talking to people I know. I really need someone to talk to. Who can I talk to?
