Xbox 360 transfer cable and games.?

Well thanks Xbox but My f1 2012 disc has got one ring round it and silly me I didn't install it to my HDD. I have downloaded F1 2012 on my PC and its about an 8GB file. How do I put this onto my HDD so my Xbox reconizes it as if it was installed? Tried Xtaf and Xplorer but I can't put the game onto my HDD. Help please. I have a transfer cable
