Red and black promo cd?

There is a cd, and the cover is red and black. I think the design was circular. It is a cd made in the 80's-90's It has a woman singing. I think it was a promo cd. I know this is a long shot in the dark, but if by miracle someone finds this cd, I would be extremely grateful.
