Any ideas were this should lead...?

I'm working on this story and the main character has just been in a wreck caused my him hitting a deer and swerving into a tree by panic. He stumbled out and discovers he has a cut down face and it if bleeding pretty bad. He find a way to stop the bleeding and looks around. I'm not sure what should happen next. :/ I appreciate any help and ideas. Thank you... Extra Information: He was driving on a mountain road to visit his uncle who lives alone in a cabin.
