Question #7800205

What is a Equity LORT Non-Rep Contract, and does it apply to you if you are not in any kind of actors union?

Let's say that I am trying out for a play, and if I get chosen, then I get a salary. Under the casting call it says "Equity LORT Non-Rep Contract". What does this mean? If I am an actor starting out who is not a part of any union (ie SAG, Actors equity), does it apply to me? Do I still get paid?
