Xbox one: do you really think the ps4 will get better graphics ?

(first of, i have a ps3 and bought sony since i was 8) Or Do you think it will be like the xbox 360, where it had less power than the ps3, but developers could more easily use its capacity and somehow give better graphics with the 360 ?
