What should I do, starting a new career or a PhD in mine's?

I like mine, but I'll never earn as much as I want. And that's how it works in my profession. So, I was thinking in starting med school, instead of doing the PhD. But... med school is sooooo large and I'm 30 years. Any suggestions?
