Im 28 weeks pregnant with REALLY bad stomach pains that last 30 mins.?

So ive been having really bad pains. Im not sure if they are just Braxton Hicks or what, but they hurt so bad I litterly break down crying. And for the time of it happening I feel nothing from my son than when they stop I feel him up high, I dont know what's going on, please help!!
