Ladies, what is your daily hair and makeup routine?

Every 5-7 weeks, I get my hair trimmed but I am the worst of the worst for keeping my hair the same everyday. I either wear my hair down because it's most comfortable or I have it up in a ponytail. I have a really good collection of makeup that is good enough for me, however, I go through stages where I will wear makeup and what not and then I will not wear makeup for months. Please no stupid answers, I just wanted to know these two routines of other women out there! Thanks!
