What size cage should I have for dwarf rabbits?

It will be a C&C cage.I think the biggest I can make it is 2 by 3 or 2 by 4. Could 2 dwarf rabbits fit,or should I get 1? I also have a few questions: Male or female? Bowl or bottle? Thank you :)
