Question #8200106

Simplify √(x+a) + √(x+b) = √(x+a) * √(x+b) ?

Is it possible to remove the square roots from that equation and solve for x?? I've got an equation of a similar form and I'm not sure how to solve for x. Please explain if you can. Thanks :)
