can somebody please answer?! i am confused?

My uncle dates this puerto rican lady.And her daughter is soooooo pretty.She is very pretty and popular.And i am a shy insecure guy with a big head.One time she asked my brother if i can talk to her but i didn't because i am shy.And my brother said she kept asking why i am not talking to her.Then what makes it more confusing is my mom told me she thinks i am cute and she doesn't even know my mom.I am confused.I know i should talk to her but why is she doing this?????????????????????????
