Gingerbread to Jelly Bean Baseband problem.?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S Advance with baseband XXLK2. I saw some articles about updating from Gingerbread to Jelly Bean manually because Jelly Bean hasn't been officially released in my country(The Netherlands). Except those ROMs all have XXLPY behind them. Can I just install that Jelly Bean ROM onto my device or should I just wait for the official release of Jelly Bean in my country? Thanks in advance ;)
