Am i enrolled in medicaid?

I have the benefits/Medicaid card from when I was a child when my mom was enrolled in benefits, but I don't know if I'm enrolled or have ever been enrolled for that case since I have 2 cards, an old one and a new one an I called the customer service and they have no records of either card, and I'm not sure I can use it as proof of name at the DMV since my options are extremely limited to getting one since I recently turned 18. so would I be able to use it as is at the DMV even if it's not active? or would I have to enroll if I'm not already? because I do have health insurance so I'm not sure if it means I am or not.
