1980's themed party costume ideas?

Im 16, short black hair. "6.1. and need a few ideas for what i should wear to my friends 80's themed birthday party. I usually rave and drink at birthday parties but this is a calm one. I still want to turn heads though. I would LOVE to do Axl Rose because he's one of my biggest role models; but I don't have the hair or jacket. I was thinking something like Cheech.
