HELP with anti eyebrow peircing?

Ok so i got my anti eyebrow last month on the 24 and its healed. But today when i got home from school i cleaned it and i usually push out the puss with a qtip when needed . Well yellowish puss came out with a little bit of blood. Is it infected or ?? Help !
