how can i approach an older man?

im going on 20 yrs old in a few months and in college but anyways im just coming to terms with the fact that i like older men typically in their 30's i dont know why but maybe its because im more mature than the average young lady my age and boys around my age play to many games for my liking but i've noticed that i have an attraction to an older guy ive been seeing and i'd like to make the first move how do i go about doing that
