How to get pregnant tips?

I have PCOS and my husband and I have been trying for almost a year. But until that year is up (military doctors and rules) we cannot go to a fertility specialist. Because of that there isn't much my current doctors can do now to help. But I did just menstruate, so that means HOPEFULLY I'm going to ovulate this month (look up PCOS if you're confused). Because of that, we want to pull out all the stops and try to make a baby! So what are all the tips and tricks you've heard? Silly or not I'd love to hear them! Please, no rude comments. If you're and adult, act like it. If you're not you have no need to comment! Also, I know that "not trying" to get pregnant will be mentioned, and I understand why. But we are trying, and when you only get a few shots you do what you can. Thanks!
