24 weeks pregnant and braxton hicks anytime i clean?

IIm 24 weeks weeks pregnant and were in the process of packing as well as cleaning up after a mouse infestation..everytime I do any bending or lifting I get BH, idk if I should lay down, or work through them...if theyll lead me to preterm labor or what. My pregnancy is high risk as my first 2 and I just dont know what to do. IVe been thinking about getting a part time job but the only ones like that require being on feet all day and I cant be on my feet for more than an hour without my feet swelling and walking with a limp! I need advice!
