What's the Difference between Canning/Pickling Salt and Sea Salt?

I'm wondering if using sea salt (rather than Canning/Pickling Salt) is healthier to use for canning/ pickling and if it contains the minerals like Himalayan Salt? Can Himalayan Salt be used for canning purposes?
