Way over calorie limit!!!?
So on Sunday i ate 1700 calories(500 over my usual limit)- I usually workout and eat about 1600 every day to net 1200 but I did not workout!! Although I ate over my daily average for the week was still 1250 calories because I did under eat a few other days. So is this okay? Can you bank weekly calories for later and not gain? Can u count calories weekly??
