i would love to know something about a pc?

ok so my cousin has someone in his school that says there is a program called nudfiy her and this other program which i don't know the name of but he says that these programs can make a women naked even if she has clothes on that it can see through them i told him that it is fake but he still wants to try i told him that it will just srew his pc up but he still says he wants to try it's not real right because they say photoshop can do that but it can't so all i wnat to know is if im right or im wrong is there a program or it is fake
