Question #10100275

bitless and normal bridle help?

i want a bitless bridle but I don't want to spend 100 on one. i put my horses normal bridle on today and shorted the bit keepers and attached the to the noseband and put the reins in the middle so they didnt slide around. is this okay or is it a bad idea? my horse rode exactly the same in it as he normally does. my riding centre asked me to bring my own bitless bridle in so i just wanted to know if that would be okay or if i should just take a rope halter. thanks
