How can I transfer things from PS3 to PS Vita?

Hey guys, So I have a downloaded PS Vita Playstation All stars game on my ps3. Unfortunatly, when I purchased the ps3 game, it was an American version, so I made a simultaneous US Account, that I hardly use. So the Vita game is on my PS3 but when I go through my Vita to install it, it says that the content is expired or belongs to another player. So obviously it's the other play thing. So how can I sync my Vita to the US account? Or can I use it at all? Let me know guys! Thanks
