Is 40 mins on an exercise bike every day good?
I'm trying to tone my legs, and generally lose weight and get fit. I recorded my stats, they are probably not very good but this is my first time and I'm really unhealthy I hate to admit: 10.11 miles 15mph (average speed) 40 mins 165 calories burned I'm also really focusing on improving my diet, so that'll help with my overall fitness too. I'd just like to know if this is enough to help lose some weight and tone up? Thank you!
