Can anyone help about my nose piercing please?

Okay so I had my nose pierced, and was told to clean it with salt water 2 times a day (which I have done :)) anyway, I'm now 3days away from it being the advised 6 weeks before changing it, so am really happy to get a hoop... However, I have literally just 5mins ago tugged it a little by accident and now it has bleeding around it, so have I ruined it and have to wait ages again? :(
