9 months pregnant with severe possible kidney pain?

Sunday night this terrible stabbing pain came on our of no where right where my right kidney is causing it to be difficult to breathe. It kinda subsided enough to sleep. Was woken up by the pain the morning and it progressively got worse. I called my doctor he had me come in to run labs on me everything came back normal was told it was just a pulled muscle. Last night the pain not only was in my side but moved up to my shoulder and I had spasms all night long. As the night went on I noticed I always had to pee every time I stood up, but it didn't hurt. I had called the doctor again but he pretty much told me to suck it up and deal with it, but the pain has been excruciating especially when I would get spasms from breathing.
