When a girl asks you to call her does that mean she isn't that interested?

Me and this girl I work with were hanging out for a while after work, we ended up back at my house, and she met my parents and stuff, and when she was leaving she told said we should hang out the next day (she brought it up) and asked me to walk her to her car and stuff, but apparently I didn't listen closely enough and she never called, and when I talked to her at work she said she wanted me to call her (I thought she was going to call me), but when a girl tells you to call her and she doesn't call you first does that mean she isn't that interested or would she have called me?
