Chucky doll long sleeve?

I want to buy a long sleeve t shirt like chucky wears in Childs play, It doesnt technically need to be the same colours, but I need something along those lines. I'm dressing up as chucky for halloween, I have all the makeup stuff, I have the dungarees and the shoes, it's just the long sleeve that I need. I'm in the UK, I'm trying to find a site where I can buy the same shirt, I have looked loads of places and cant find it. Anyone know where I could get one like his from? Thank you
